💻 Role
- Partner with engineering to design, analyze, and evaluate how we develop and scale different Ads products across Whatnot
- Work across Whatnot’s Go-to-Market team and sellers to drive adoption of Ads products and strategies
- Advocate for Whatnot sellers and represent their voice in determining the engineering roadmap and oversee its execution
- Coordinate and hold seller deep-dives to gain feedback on efficacy of Ads products
- Build programs and initiatives that help sellers meet their performance goals
- Hire and build a team of Ads Operators that coordinate and execute against team objectives

As our next Ads Manager you should have experience in scaling ads products at a tech company, plus:
- 4+ years of overall professional experience
- Past experience at a high growth startup, or working at a direct to consumer marketplace
- Gathering user feedback, gleaning insights, and advocating for product change
- Ability to dive deep into complex data and leverage learnings to inform go-to-market strategy and product development
- Excellent communication skills and experience in building and managing partnerships externally
- You have been a top performer wherever you have worked
- Comfort working exceptionally fast in an ambiguous work environment
