We are looking for an Android Automation Test Engineer for our MPS B2B team to work on our Samsung Knox Cloud Products and Services. You will be responsible for driving the overall Android QA automation efforts, framework creation & maintenance, end to end testing of a product or feature including requirement gathering, design analysis, test case review.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Architect, Design and lead implementation of robust test automation frameworks in Android.
- Build maintainable, high quality and effective automated tests for Knox Android services.
- Analyze production issues, identify test gaps across the entire testing stack and make systemic improvements to Automation testing.
- Help in building Engineering culture that enables quality in all software features across Knox services.
- Plan automation testing strategies and timelines/milestones.
- Analyzing quality data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing innovation ideas to improve quality.
Required Experience and Education :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Software automation testing.
- Proficient in android device testing, automating test cases and test automation tools.
- Strong coding skills in Java.
- Experience with algorithms and data structures.
- Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies.

Our total rewards programs are designed to motivate and engage exceptional talent. The base pay range for roles at this level is $113,400 and $155,850, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.
