In addition to owning a few accounts, this role will co-own and support other campaign related tasks. This person will collaborate with a group of experienced and extremely dedicated coworkers who are all passionate about advertising, artificial intelligence and automated problem solving. This position will be located in New York City with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office (Mon/Tue/Wed) and 2 days remote (Thursday/Friday).
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to job-related knowledge, level of relevant experience, education and skills.     • Deliver superior customer service to clients/agencies and in partnership with sales, help build, foster and develop client relationships
    • Support Client Success teammates in day-to-day tasks and special ad-hoc projects.
    • Set up automated reporting and the creation and submission of screenshots once a campaign is live
    • Collaborates with Ops and Finance for month-end billing summaries and invoices to send to clients
    • Continuously focus on ensuring revenue retention, increasing renewal rates and advertising spend, and apply campaign optimization strategies that meet and exceed clients’ KPI goals
    • Work closely and communicate effectively with various functions including, ad operations, product, analytics and data science
    • Work towards growing revenue across your book of business by identifying and helping secure incremental dollars
    • Support sales staff in all day-to-day activities
    • Own and assist in campaign pre-to-post-sale activities for clients, including, but not limited to: contribute to RFP deliverables, communicate and troubleshoot campaign performance and pacing, provide optimizations, insights and recommendations, develop wrap reports and participate in QBRs
    • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Cognitiv products and services
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing and/or equivalent industry experience
    • 0-1 year of sales support, client management, or sales planning experience in the digital media industry
    • 0-1 year direct hands-on experience with advertising implementation and related concepts (DSPs, DMPs, tracking pixels, 3rd party tags, click trackers, viewability standards, etc.)
    • Background in programmatic advertising
    • Demonstrate experience with managing multiple projects and tight deadlines, organization, planning and problem-solving with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
    • Creative independent thinker with ability to pivot, roll up sleeves and cross collaborate on a moment’s notice
    • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through with team members and clients
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment, and take ownership and accountability, as well as manage expectations (internally and externally)
    • $60,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Equity
