Associate Customer Success Manager

Your Mission Associate Customer Success Managers are entrusted with a variety of UiPath’s customers from those that are starting up to some that need some help to scale their automation program. In this role, you will be working with stakeholders across all parts and levels of the business to drive increased adoption of UiPath and to improve the overall quality and maturity of its use. Your end goal is to ensure the customer is adopting, self-sufficient, and is creating business value from UiPath. You will work closely with UiPath’s Account Executives, Renewals Specialists, and other teams within UiPath as needed and manage a portfolio of small & mid-sized customers across APJ-India region What you'll do at UiPath Onboard new customers and maintain a cadence of regular customer engagement and share relevant content to ensure successful adoption and prevent churn risk Collaborate closely with Sales & Presales to scale and grow some of your assigned customers ensuring that they are realizing value from UiPath business automation platform Proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges and escalate as needed to ensure their needs and issues are addressed Host webinars and ‘customer connect’ events Coach customers on UiPath best practices so they become increasingly self sufficient Regularly identify and develop new opportunities for UiPath that drive adoption that align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals Help drive customer references and case studies What you'll bring to the team 0-2 years career experience Bachelor or above Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Financial, Supply Chain Management or Business Management; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships A course taken, basic knowledge or internship experience in any of the softwares like UiPath, SAP, Salesforce, or other RPA, ERP, CRM software will be a plus; Relevant work experience in a customer-facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization is a plus Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
