Role: Associate Customer Success Manager Our Customer Success team advises and guides a wide variety of customers, ensuring they launch UiPath successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from UiPath. As an Associate Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will work with stakeholders across all parts and levels of our customers’ business to drive increased adoption of UiPath, and to improve the overall quality and maturity of their use of UiPath. Your end goal is to ensure the customer is adopting UiPath well, self-sufficient, and realizing business value from UiPath. You will work closely with UiPath’s Sales Executives, Renewals Specialists, and other teams across the organization to deliver enablement and program support to our customers. What you'll do at UiPath Help onboard new customers and maintain a cadence of regular customer engagement and share relevant content to ensure successful adoption and prevent churn risk Collaborate closely with Sales & Presales teams to scale and grow customers, ensuring that they are achieving real value from the UiPath business automation platform Proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges and escalate as needed to ensure their needs and issues are addressed Host webinars and “Customer Connect” events Coach customers on UiPath best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient Regularly identify and develop new opportunities for UiPath that drive adoption and align to customers’ business needs and strategic goals Help drive customer references and case studies What you'll bring to the team 0 - 2 years of working experience Bachelor degree holder Currently based in & eligible to work in Singapore Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent written and spoken English language skills are required Strong communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption Have taken courses in, or have basic knowledge, or practical experience in enterprise software like UiPath, SAP, Salesforce, or other RPA, ERP, BPM, or CRM platforms is a plus Relevant work experience in a customer support, customer success, account management, or consulting is a plus Event management experience is a plus Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
