As an Associate Sales Representative, you’re responsible for growing and managing subsidiaries within parent accounts. Your role includes partnering with our customers and prospects to evangelize the UiPath vision and account strategy. You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative, and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of the UiPath sales team. What you'll do at UiPath Analyze the territory/market potential and develop sales strategy in partnership with your sales team to maximize UiPath’s revenue potential Increase subscription revenue in existing customer accounts by positioning packages and price updates Outbound prospecting for named accounts Engaging on all operating expand activities for certain accounts Support the field with quote to close by engaging Deal Hub and Commercial Desk Drive efficiency and problem solve quote configurations, approvals, etc. Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Account Executive Evangelize UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions by leveraging a value selling approach Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services What you'll bring to the team 3-5 years experience including 2+ years quota carrying in software or technology sales and account management A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred Consultative selling experience Strong Communication Skills Strong Business Acumen Has a competitive spirit Ability to collaborate Drive for results Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Strong Executive Presence Solution Selling Ability Strong Discovery Skills Objection Handling Skills #LI-SG3 Pay Transparency The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $101,250 and $151,875. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
