The Team:
We are a small but passionate team of 250+ based in the Bay Area. Aisera’s seasoned founding team has led companies through several prior successful startups and acquisitions. You’ll do:
● Use analytically driven insights to make strategic business decisions that will deliver
strong financial results.
● You will provide first rate analytic support via hands-on Excel work while leveraging
other tools as necessary (SQL, Salesforce, Python, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power
BI).
● Create Tableau dashboards from scratch that provide visibility into automatic/daily
updates, KPIs, marketing effectiveness and business trends/drivers.
● You will identify actionable insights, exercise sound business judgment, suggest
recommendations, and communicate results to cross functional groups.
● Strong experience in designing, building, and distributing reports on a regular basis
● Experience setting up reports that pull data from disparate databases
You’ll need:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related
field.
● 4-5 years of relevant business experience solving analytical problems using quantitative
approaches.
● Exposure to a variety of different business models and functions.
● Robust experience with systems such as Sfc, Marketo, Tableau, Domo, Google
sheets/analytics and similar reporting tools.
● Experience with SQL is a plus.
● Deep technical systems knowledge
● Knowledge and Implementation of Power BI Tool
● Exceptional problem solver with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-
level insights.
