Your New Role and Team
Our Operations team is looking to hire a Business Application Administrator. Reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the evaluation, planning, and implementation of our applications, and help administer our expanding business services ecosystem.

The best candidates for this role have excellent knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities in cloud service integration, experience scripting and reporting on various applications, and are able to maintain Atlassian products. You’ll be a valued contributor as you learn how our company collaborates through various software and support solutions from design and execution through to deployment and change management.

    • Provide business application support such as: Atlassian suite, CRM, HR management, visitor management, procurement, contract management, and others
    • Plan and coordinate tests, changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
    • Support and resolve problem management activities such as issue resolution, root cause analysis, and communication
    • Work with internal teams to evaluate products and licensing needs
    • Perform testing, installation, and configuration on cloud products to suit the expanding user base
    • Define system workflows and related schemes for complex and high-impact projects
    • Train end users on new features during project deployments and with ongoing support
    • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Operations department

    • Your Experience
      Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience administering Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Opsgenie)
    • Ability to create complex JIRA workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, notification schemes
    • Experience with scripting, queries, and reporting on various applications
    • Awareness of ITIL framework, SOC2, and ISO27001 to ensure a strong understanding of processes
    • Good knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting abilities in cloud service integration
    • Excellent communication skills and experience training internal stakeholders
    • Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite of products is a key requirement of the position
