About the Role

Caption Health wants to change the way that we all experience healthcare and is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to drive our go-to-market initiatives.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive Caption Health’s overall GTM strategy. You will identify and refine market initiatives, support customer and partner engagement, and roll up your sleeves to support implementation. You will also play a key role in supporting the organization in steering our strategy and making data-driven decisions to realize our north star.

    • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and product strategies to support business growth.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Manage strategic partnerships and negotiate partnership agreements to maximize business value.
    • Ensure successful handoff of new business to implementation and operations teams and provide ongoing support as needed.
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis to drive business decisions.
    • Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 2+ years experience with management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or other professional services experience; healthcare experience a plus.
    • Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Structured problem solver, with ability to break down ambiguous and complex situations and build solutions.
    • Quantitative analytical skills.
    • Entrepreneurial bias in work.
    • Passion for improving healthcare access.
    • Proficient with Microsoft 365 or similar software.
