Responsibilities
- Establish a thorough understanding the Rev’s core business; including internal processes, KPI’s and business drivers
- Support the needs of various stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Product & Engineering, Sales, and Finance
- Analyze the impact of decisions from both an operational and financial lens; ability to dive deep into the data and understand tradeoffs
- Evaluate, size, and understand the impact of strategic initiatives from a quantitative lens
- Partner with Finance to lead quarterly/annual planning efforts and conduct regular business reviews with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement effective reporting solutions, enabling the business to make informed decisions
- Identify business processes and systems to be redesigned for scalability
- Create actionable insights to drive key decisions around GTM strategy and Product feature development
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or related Technology experience; high-growth or early stage startup is experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills including Excel, SQL & Data Visualization tools
- Structured and strategic mindset; ability to break down complex problems and deliver insights & recommendations to key stakeholders
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills
- Comfortable working in fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited direction
- Experience presenting to an executive level audience
- Deep understanding of a P+L
- Detail and process-oriented while also bringing creative solutions to new challenges
- Demonstrated ability to to influence outcomes and decisions
