About this opportunity:

The Business System Admin will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation and day-to-day administration of SaaS Applications portfolio which enable our operations. This individual will work cross functionally with IT Business partners, Project manager and external technology partners to configure and maintain the applications. They will partner with the infrastructure team and helpdesk team to troubleshoot issues, configure SSO, manage users and licenses. They will act as a subject matter expert for assigned primary and secondary systems, supporting end users to optimize platform s. This person must possess strong technical and communication skills with the ability to anticipate, triage and resolve problems quickly, maintain impeccable systems uptime and deliver measurable IT value to the business. What you’ll do:
- Work with IT Business Relationship Partners to implement new applications and features.
- Review technical and business requirements to develop and support various Business Applications which support our operations, including but not limited to, HR, Finance, Quality, Regulatory and Legal applications
- Consult with business system analysts on viable technical options and pros/cons to meet business requirements on larger projects
- Regularly communicate status, expectations and results of ongoing projects with internal IT teams for transparency
- Perform business system analyst role on smaller projects and tasks as needed
- Design, implement, and assess business applications’ technical needs
- Anticipate, plan and proactively manage system and software design needs
- Design, develop and implement data migration and data conversion scripts
- Plan, Support and Manage the Development, QC and Production Environments
- Proactively monitor, and maintain business applications in accordance with best practices and defined standards and protocols.
- Install and maintain software products, including patch application and upgrade to our environments
- Conduct unit test reviews for assigned projects and present to review boards as necessary
- Coordinate administrative and technical efforts to complete a given project
- Interact with senior level management to provide project or task status updates
- Promote and follow the established processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards
- Assist multiple team members and other project leads in day-to-day activities related to project work
- Interface with third party software vendors to escalate and resolve software problems
- Manage the installation and testing of new business applications
- Assure that business applications and modules are kept current. Manage existing application upgrades and new application implementations, including leading cross departmental teams during the upgrade/implementation process
- Work with the training manager to develop materials for end users
- Maintain an application documentation library
- Document the relevant architecture roadmap and set architecture guiding principles and objectives including business continuity, disaster recovery, data integrity, and security
- Identify key integration points and flows between applications and document them
- Assist IT Operations with end of day tasks & troubleshoot whenever issues arise
- Monitor application performance via established practices and methods
- Manage workflows and in-application configurations to meet stakeholder needs
- Act as escalation point for Client Services team (helpdesk)
- Manage Application license
Must haves:
- Knowledge of and development of ERP (Netsuite), HRIS, Quality /regulatory (Compliance Quest-Salesforce)
- Good understanding of web services, Rest APIs and microservice based architecture
- Experience using Source Code and Version Control Systems like Git
- Experience in cloud base deployment, backup and restore of applications

- Applying design and testing methods – understanding design and production procedures and standards to create prototypes and finished products is crucial to Application Architects
- Integrating applications with existing systems – ensuring a seamless integration of new and existing systems to eliminate potential problems and maintain data structure and integrity is a vital skill
Benefits and additional information:
The US target range of our base salary for new hires is $102,000- $155,000 . You will also be eligible to receive pre-IPO equity, cash bonuses, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits dependent on the position offered. Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, and education.
