Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
- Assist with the preparation of investor communication materials, including pitch decks and presentations
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnerships and promotional opportunities
- Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, providing necessary background information and materials
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables
- Help drive strategic initiatives across the company by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $100,000 - $135,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Incentive Stock Options, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
