Client Growth Associate

Fathom in San Francisco

Fathom is on a mission to use AI to understand and structure the world’s medical data, starting by making sense of the terabytes of clinician notes contained within the electronic health records of the world’s largest health systems. Our deep learning engine automates the translation of patient records into the billing codes used for healthcare provider reimbursement, a process today that costs hospitals in the US $15B+ annually and tens of billions more in errors and denied claims. We are a venture-backed company that completed a Series B round of financing for $46M in late 2022.

Fathom is looking for a fun, highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit to join the team as a Client Growth Associate . As a Client Operations Associate, you will help implement and integrate Fathom’s cutting-edge technology into the nation’s largest health systems, physician groups, and billing companies. In this multidisciplinary role, you will help drive Fathom’s initiatives and support proactive communication with customers as well as the Fathom commercial and engineering teams. You will be responsible for successfully planning, leading, and supporting the processes of taking clients live in a timely and high-quality fashion. As a part of our growth strategy, you will also be responsible for expanding new and existing client bases, while converting high-profile customers into Fathom advocates and references. You will address new and exciting challenges each day as Fathom works to rapidly modernize a largely immutable industry by managing projects, onboarding and supporting customers, and expanding revenue avenues with existing customers. • A Problem-Solver: you are a self-starter and are able to work effectively under pressure. You leverage the tools you have at your disposal to handle novel and complex problems.
  • A Go-Getter: you are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and excited to grow in a company that emphasizes eagerness to learn and improve. You are proactive in your communications, both with clients and internally
  • Resourceful: you have been in an entrepreneurial environment before and are skilled at leveraging your creativity and perseverance to respond to client questions and get the job done. You are coachable, interested in personal development, and want to dive into the world of healthcare tech
