Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and identify areas for improvement
    • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying issues contributing to process inefficiencies and/or product defects
    • Develop and implement plans to reduce/remove inefficiencies
    • Utilize process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to optimize workflows and minimize waste
    • Develop and deliver training programs to educate teams on process improvements and encourage adoption
    • Monitor process performance and continuously evaluate opportunities for further improvement
    • Create reports on process improvement initiatives and their impact
    • V-BAT manufacturing process development and improvement
    • V-BAT product improvement
    • Cross-functional process development and improvement
    • At least 1 year of relevant Manufacturing and/or Process Engineering experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
    • 2+ years of industry experience as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering in the Aerospace or Automotive industry
    • Lean Six Sigma knowledge: Possesses hands-on knowledge in data analytics, Pareto analysis, fishbone diagrams, 5 why analysis, impact vs. effort, other root cause analysis methods, systemic thinking, A3, 5S and pull systems.
    • Project management skills: ability to track and drive towards project milestones and deliverables. Ability to predict risks early and implement mitigation
    • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
    • You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others
    • Experience with Process development and analysis
    • Experience with Project/Program management
    • Experience with Process Validation
    • Experience with SW/FW Configuration
    • Experience with Automated Testing Solutions
    • Experience with PowerBI and PowerAutomate
