About the position
As a Customer Development Representative, you will be working with prospects and product users to ensure a smooth product adoption process and meet sales goals. Also, you will be responsible for learning about customer needs, qualifying, and nurturing them until they are ready to expand the product usage.
Responsibilities
- Professionally and persistently follow up with leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Proactively reach out to prospects who fit the profile
- Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline as an individual contributor, as well as a team player
- Meet or exceed assigned goals from marketing while promoting cooperation, best practices, providing assistance, and motivating others
- Understand industry trends and show dedication to continuous learning on all professional fronts
- Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to help develop and improve marketing materials and activities
- Maintain up-to-date information on Hubspot
Qualifications:
- 6 months + of client-facing experience (roles like SDR, BDR, CSM, etc)
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Proactive with a strong desire to learn and share knowledge
- Result-oriented with a track record of consistent performance. A history of persistent, and effective lead follow-up messaging will be a plus
- Experience in the AI/machine learning/predictive analytics space is a plus
- Experience with Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Apollo is a big plus
