About Us
Founded in 2014, Tachyus is a leader in operational optimization for the oil and gas industry. Aqueon, our waterflood modeling and optimization platform, powered by our proprietary engine Data Physics, has increased production and reduced costs and GHG emissions for operators worldwide. We also recently extended Aqueon for CO2 EOR optimization and is already being used by major operators in the US.In early 2022, Tachyus entered the ESG space with Aurion, a fully integrated software platform that helps GHG intensive industries like oil and gas estimate, forecast, optimize and report GHG emissions and intensity. Since then, we have rapidly established ourselves as a leader in this space with over 20 clients in the US, Middle East and Latin America

About the Role
The CSM will lead virtual and on-site Aurion’s implementations with the customers assigned according to Project Onboarding Protocol coordinating with Aurion Deployment Team. The CSM is in charge of the planning, scheduling, execution and delivery of Aurion’s projects with the Technical Leaders and ensure quality of project deliverables. The CSM manages project risk assessment, identifying mitigation plans and change requests related to the customer or the project. The CSM will manage and report issues and recommend solutions to leadership and estimate resources and timescales; request resources that are compliant with the project schedule and customer requirements objectives and coordinate with other teams with regards to resources needs and assignments. The CSM needs to gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the team and provide feedback regarding product and service improvements as well as lead communications with stakeholders and the project organization. The CSM will manage Aurion’s training programs and deliver to user’s. The CSM must explore with the team new greenhouse gas accounting topics to determine needs for supplementary GHG Protocol standards or guidance. And lastly, collaborate with the Engineering and Research team to set up and configure our software platform, and troubleshoot technical issues raised.



    • Bachelor’s degree in science, environmental, engineering, petroleum engineering, or similar discipline
    • Experience and knowledge of Greenhouse Gas Protocol standards and greenhouse gas quantification methodologies. If the candidate does not have this expertise it is required to be learnt within the initial 2-3 months from hiring date.
    • Experience with Project management practices and tools, if the candidate does not have this expertise it is required to be learnt within the initial 2-3 months from hiring date
    • Project Management Certification is plus
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant, full-time work experience delivering services to businesses.
    • Experience working with large enterprise customers.
    • Empathetic, positive attitude, proactive, and with a desire and ability to solve problems.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented. Flexible, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
    • Results and Data-driven mentality.
    • Experience in working with multiple digital tools and platforms.
    • Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in English and would be a plus if in Spanish.
    • You'll have dual reporting to the CTO and CRO
