Growth Analytics Role
- You will be our first data analyst in India and work on a top priority: revenue and user growth.
- You will partner with a broad spectrum of colleagues: Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product Engineering/Management teams
- You will be part of a world-class data science group headquartered in Palo Alto, California.
What you will do:
- You will help Marketing generate more and higher quality leads for Sales teams by
- defining and measuring marketing effectiveness across different data sources like Salesforce, Bigquery and Marketo.
- disseminating these insights through dashboards and reports
- You will help Sales and Customer Success teams grow our revenue and user base by
- providing insights that’d be shared with executives at customer firms about the value of Glean
- provide insights for account specialists as they collaborate with external technical administrators to improve the way Glean is rolled out into and supported at customer firms.
- You will help Product Engineering/Management teams grow our user base by
- measuring the effectiveness of existing growth initiatives
- conducting analyses to inspire new growth initiatives
- improving the definition, measurement and adoption of KPIs for various product teams to align them more closely with the company’s growth efforts.
You will thrive at this role if:
- You have a Bachelors/Masters/PhD degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science, or another quantitative field
- You have 4+ years of industry experience with demonstrated independence, self-motivation, curiosity and ability to learn new skills/tools fast.
- You are strong at defining good KPIs/guardrail metrics, dashboarding and analysis of raw data to derive insights
- You are proficient in SQL and the modern data stack (e.g. dbt for analytics engineering / pipelining, Fivetran and Census for ETL/ELT)
- You can communicate very effectively with collaborators from different roles, time zones and companies.
You are a particularly good fit if:
- You are familiar with specific tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Fivetran
- You are familiar with source control tools like Github
- You have experience with remote work across large time zone differences.
