The Team:

What You'll Do:
- Will produce consistently high-quality annotations in a variety of ways to help train NLP algorithms.
- Will be working closely with data scientists to produce data-sets for model training, bench-marking, and general development
- Label and annotate all the data
- Ensure all data is prepped and ready to feed into the AI models
- Revise the data as specified by the engineering team
- Test the output of the AI models and update data needs
What You'll Need:
- BS/MS degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science or other related fields
- Prior annotation experience
- Technical expertise
- Prior experience with IT Service Management, virtual agents, or NLP
- Experience in dealing with Taxonomies and Ontologies
- Linguistic Background
- Excellent verbal and written comprehension and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Great problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
- Great reading comprehension and ability to make independent judgement with limited information
- Goal-oriented
