General Description:
Opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated, security focused individual to provide file transfer support to a research and development team. The selected individual will work in a highly collaborative environment with teammates, key stakeholders, and multiple Government customers to ensure program success.

Essential Duties:
•Provide File Transfer support for department managers, program managers, group leads, technical leads, and technical staff members
•Transfer files, after reliable human review, from one security classification level domain to another at the request of users
•Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment, with demanding deadlines while ensuring internal and external customer needs are met
•Thoroughly document all completed file transfers in accordance with customers’ policies and directives
•Maintain accountability of classified media in accordance with government regulations
•Provide trusted human review & transfer data from high-to-low networks
•Participate in special projects as required by the Program Manager or Information System Security Manager
•Comply with regulatory compliance, policy development, and policy enforcement
•Responsible for managing, issuing, and tracking RSA tokens and establishing and assisting users in account creation

Required Skills:
•3+ years’ experience as a data transfer specialist or data asset specialist
•Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple assignments, establish priorities, and complete tasks in a timely manner
•Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity or willingness to learn SharePoint and Microsoft Project
•Demonstrated ability to learn internal processes, interface with internal and external customers, and work effectively with others
•Experience providing trusted human review of material transferring data from high-to-low
•Understanding of security requirements and customer policies related to data transfers
•Experience working with National Security Information system related security requirements (e.g., JSIG, ICD 503, RMF, DAAPM, or NISPOM)
•In-depth knowledge of customer policy for classification markings and information release policies
•Knowledge of office protocols including ability to interface with a wide variety of people and personalities (co-workers, technical staff, customers, directors)
•Understanding of scheduling and organizational tools (SharePoint, MS Project) desired
•Basic computer skills
•Excellent communication skills

Required Education:
•High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of related experience

Special Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen.
An active TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph is desired. Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph is required.
This position is 100% on-site. Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, and in some cases, with little to no advance notice.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $59,000 - $98,000 + bonus + benefits.
