The Role:
As a Demand Generation Campaign Manager, you will play a major role in helping the Marketing team with growing Aisera on a global level with a proven track record delivering against pipeline goals per campaign and accountable for budgets & results. You will join a dynamic and expanding Marketing department and will be responsible for the scheduling, creation, execution, and analysis of all ABM, digital, webinar and email marketing programs across multiple platforms and brands. This position will maintain the email marketing calendar and execute against it as scheduled. In addition, the Demand Campaign Generation Manager will work closely with all members of the Marketing and teams across the organization to ensure seamless execution.
What you’ll do:
- Ability to deliver against pipeline goals per campaign
- Accountable for campaign budget and results
- Validate the offer’s appeal, define the message, and targeting the right audience
- Create the strategy, produce the assets (email, landing pages, etc) and build marketing programs (including ABM) from point-in-time and automated triggered programs in Marketo to nurture leads
- Own process for execution and on-time delivery of complex, promotional campaigns
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to develop account based growth strategies, executing specific, prioritized marketing activities to specific contacts on the target accounts as part of a broader nurture/demand generation role.
- Understand how to best leverage our technologies - Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce CRM - to aid in ABM and lead nurturing programs
- Analyze and understand the segments and profiles of our database
- Monitor and track weekly ABM and email performance metrics
- A/B test and optimize messaging, offers, online experiences to drive the best conversion rates
- Manage specific aspects of the centralized email marketing planning and calendar
- Shape the strategic direction for our targeted account-based marketing campaigns, developing an integrated campaign approach to drive awareness and build pipeline with high-quality leads
- Test and optimize channel performance and messaging to optimize spend and results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B, ABM, and email marketing experience with a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaign strategy, messaging, and ABM best practices.
- 2+ years of ABM experience with a track record of achieving high percentage account reach, engagement, pipeline, andt sales.
- Strong organizational, attention to details, understands the big picture, planning skills, and strong collaboration skills
- Strong copywriting skills in SaaS / AI space
- Understanding of marketing principles resulting in branding building, driving traffic and revenue
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams
- Solid understanding of AI marketing trends and strategy
- Strong, passionate belief in the AI space
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and negotiations skills.
- Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing organizations while focused on large, named accounts.
- Proven approaches of using analysis and reporting to drive strategic recommendations.
- Experience with marketing systems including 6sense, ZoomInfo, SFDC, Marketo
- Formal written and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
