Your Mission The Demand Generation Marketing Manager for Industry in the Americas will be responsible for helping to develop and will own the execution of an integrated demand generation marketing strategy. This is a new role to focus on generating net new leads and audience expansion in existing industry verticals with an emphasis in manufacturing, retail, and technology. This candidate will have experience planning and executing multi-touch programs to reach new and existing audiences through events, content syndication, and a variety of digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate has the ability to work from strategy to execution, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in marketing and sales, and has a minimum of 5 years of b2b marketing experience at technology companies. As a member of the Americas Field Marketing team, this role requires the candidate to partner closely with product marketing and sales to conceptualize programs and campaigns and work across the marketing organization to execute integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate enjoys building programs and content from the ground up and getting involved in all aspects of execution. What you'll do at UiPath Collaborate with product marketing, subject matter experts and sales to establish priorities, goals and KPIs, and develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver effective programs and campaigns targeted within public sector (and other industries as needed) Plan, develop, execute, and optimize robust multi-touch and multi-channel programs that capture top-of-funnel prospects and progress them towards qualified leads Write content as needed to support programs (web copy, e-mail invite copy, messaging, basic blogs, repurpose of existing content for new use) Measure, analyze, and report overall campaign performance, pipeline, and conversion rates. What you'll bring to the team Minimum of 5 years of success working as a marketer, including demand generation and campaign management in a B2B software or IT environment; experience marketing to industry verticals a plus Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and marketing automation software Experience in online and digital marketing, including understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics; experience planning and executing online and in person events and tradeshow participation Excellent written and oral communication and project management skills. You should be comfortable and enjoy writing and repurposing content based on messaging and business priorities Hands on with all elements of tactics. You must be comfortable executing tactics and designing strategy. A track record of being resourceful and self-reliant is a must.
