Lead an organization which provides customer focused execution of standardized and prioritized depot level maintenance support to V-BAT unmanned aircraft systems.

Salary Range:  Base + Bonus + Benefits + Equity (if applicable)
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. Information on the benefits offered is here. All offers are contingent on a cleared background check.

Location guidelines-
Onsite = 5 days/week
Hybrid = Several days in the office
Remote = Remote but able to come to the office as requested for business needs

    • Establish and lead a depot-level maintenance organization that conducts maintenance on both company-owned and customer owned Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and associated Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
    • Establish written training and certification requirements for depot maintenance personnel.
    • Staff and train the depot maintenance department with sufficient qualified personnel to support the throughput of maintenance requirements.
    • Coordinate the development and publishing of advanced maintenance tasks for use by depot maintenance personnel.
    • Develop relationships with vendor OEMs to identify repair processes that might be able to be pulled in-house.
    • Work with the pricing team to help identify items which may be Beyond Economical Repair (BER)
    • International, Domestic, and Internal customer V-BAT Depot Maintenance tasks
    • Project/Program Management experience, including managing schedules, budget, resources, and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Experience with aviation maintenance and operations, including coordinating work across multiple departments.
    • Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, team management.
    • Ability to run advanced projects/programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects, in a manner that is largely self-directed.
    • Excellent verbal and written ability.
    • BS degree in related field
    • A demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding self and others to high standards, and being kind to others.
    • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification
    • Previous leadership experience with a military maintenance organization
    • Experience in field of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
