As a DevOps Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for managing a team of DevOps engineers and overseeing the deployment, automation, and management of software applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of software products.
Role Responsibilities - How You Will Make an Impact:
- Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving software development processes, including automation, deployment, and testing.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to identify and resolve issues related to software deployments, infrastructure, and performance.
- Develop and maintain automation tools and processes for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with other departments, including product management, to ensure software products are delivered on time and with high quality.
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance and capacity.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to DevOps processes, procedures, and infrastructure.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
- Experience managing a team of DevOps engineers.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile and continuous delivery.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services, such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficient with IaaC tooling.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual cash compensation range for this position is US$215,000 to US$235,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
