Dialpad is looking for a digital marketing leader to join and become a key member of the Marketing team. You will be directly contributing to the growth of our business, driving Dialpad’s digital marketing strategy and leading a team of high-performing marketers.
Your role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive digital marketing strategy with the objective to improve brand awareness, increase website traffic and quality, improve conversion rates, and ultimately drive revenue through online ecommerce purchases and generating sales pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Lead the day-to-day and long term strategy and execution of driving demand across paid, direct, and organic digital channels
- Oversee a multi-million dollar budget, distributed across paid and unpaid channels, aligned to achieving company revenue goals and delivering the highest possible ROI
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
- Optimize campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize leads, pipeline, revenue and lifetime value while minimizing cost of acquisition.
- Drive efficient growth across all products and different market segments. Take full ownership from ideation through to reporting and analysis
- Continuously challenge the status quo and look for ways to take performance to new levels; Maintain a constant cadence of testing with rigor of measurement and analysis
- Be willing to take risks and experiment, while learning and failing fast as needed
- Work across functional teams to develop new business processes to yield improvements in funnel performance
- Leverage data to understand performance, trends, issues and solutions
- Build data-driven recommendations and champion data-driven decision-making
- Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of digital campaigns
- Leverage analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes
Skills you’ll bring
- 7+ years of B2B performance marketing experience
- Proven track record of building and executing high-impact performance marketing programs that directly drive revenue efficiently
- Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and driving demand through a multiple touchpoint customer journey
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google, Bing, Youtube, GDN, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.
- Results and data driven with excellent attention to detail; excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes
- Demonstrated experience measuring and managing performance metrics at a granular level to optimize performance at the vendor, keyword, and sub-campaign level
- Hybrid of B2B and consumer experience preferred
- Expert understanding of multiple digital channels and how they work together (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Display, etc.)
- Track record of experience delivering against marketing targets
- Experience collaborating with larger marketing teams, business operations, international teams, product teams, sales teams, etc.
- Team player with a sincere drive to discover and share insights to the larger team
