Your Mission As Director, APJ GTM Enablement you will plan, manage, and execute training and enablement initiatives for UiPath’s GTM team in APJ. This leadership position will work collaboratively with APJ GTM leadership team to define and deliver training to the direct sales teams and partner sales teams. The position requires a self-starter with strong project/program management skills, attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills with analytical experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to directly influence time to productivity with the rollout of world-class learning and enablement programs that help our APJ team to successfully position the unique value UiPath provides to customers. What you'll do at UiPath Ensures that the APJ Enablement team is properly aligned with Business Challenges and Business Objectives of all the sales stakeholders. This will include regular and structured engagement with the sales leadership of all sales segments and other stakeholders to form true consultative partnership with them Work cross-functionally with UiPath Partner Sales, Marketing, and Operations to design and drive an integrated approach to GTM Enablement, inclusive of enablement related communications, training requirements, and access to supporting resources on the Sales Portal. Develops a schedule of training activities that supports APJ priorities and includes regional learning and enablement requirements. Regularly leads discussions with senior leadership concerning emerging strategic initiatives Applies a strong and varied sales talent background to support On-Boarding programs, On-Going enablement programs and skills offerings, and On-Demand enablement tools and initiatives Works effectively with multiple stakeholders in a complex matrixed environment to design education solutions that involve functional & corporate input Develops and implements training goals and performance standards and reports back to theater and global stakeholders on a quarterly basis Establishes a reputation in the APJ market as a subject expert for sales enablement, based on a deep sales enablement background and a solid understanding of the latest market research & trends What you'll bring to the team Proven track record of business leadership and success, has seniority and credibility and is able to effectively influence at the highest levels Proven experience in defining and delivering enablement programs, designed to drive even greater relevance and value to our customers Results-oriented, ensuring that plans are implemented comprehensively, meeting and exceeding the objectives and targets Demonstrates ability to work cross-functionally and internationally, interacting with all levels of management, supporting organizations, theater leadership and regional/corporate executives Adept at managing large complex initiatives, showing both creativity and program management prowess Strong presentation skills, often in large events and high degree of confidence in leading major enablement events Demonstrates proven experience of working with learning technologies that enable scale & consistency, in the most cost-effective manner possible Maintains a strong network of industry connections to act as an ambassador for UI Path Experience: MBA or MA or MS or equivalent experience in a business or technical field 15+ years related experience, including 8-10 years management experience A demonstrable background in enablement/consulting would be a distinct advantage Experience in Enterprise Sales/sales support Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
