About the role:

As a Director, Operations , you will define, land, and execute on our key strategic priorities across the company.

A strategic thinker, you combine excellent judgment and data-driven analysis to identify new opportunities for us to deliver mission-ready AI for our customers & partners with higher velocity and efficiency. You are an excellent communicator, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve problems, implement new processes & solutions, and deliver consistently against high standards.


Role Responsibilities  - How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Work with the cross-functional leadership team (e.g., leaders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, HR and Finance) to define, launch, and manage strategic, operational, and organizational initiatives across the organization
  • Gather relevant data, conduct business analysis, develop and manage project trackers and timelines, and direct cross-functional groups to deliver on project goals
  • Design, roll out, and implement scalable solutions to increase productivity, and improve overall program and organization operations
  • Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems, and process frameworks
  • Manage sales forecasting cadence, productivity metrics, business reporting, and supporting sales systems
  • Build narratives and communication tailored to different audience levels to advance the team strategy and deliver on priorities


Relevant Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations, or equivalent professional degree
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as on small, mission-driven teams to seek information, solve conceptual problems, corral resources, and deliver results
  • Organized, structured problem solver that can navigate different projects, tools, and collaborators and communicate progress to diverse audiences
  • Ability to credibly and compellingly present complex problems and debate recommendations with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle between multiple priorities, leading and delivering high-quality work and adhering to tight deadlines
  • A non-hierarchical team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles
  • Willingness to roll-up your sleeves, multitask and dive into details
  • Bonus points for knowledge of and professional experience working in the U.S. government and/or in the tech sector, with federal acquisition processes, software development cycles, key machine learning concepts

The annual cash compensation range for this position is US$195,000 to US $260,000.  Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above
