The Director of Product Marketing will focus on supporting go-to-market strategy and execution in the health system and payor markets, working closely with the Commercial, Product, and Clinical Programs teams to drive alignment and evangelism. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare — looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive product marketing initiatives, including packaging, positioning, and launching; partnering closely with the Sales, Product and Executive teams to provide input and gain buy-in.
- Develop a deep understanding of the buying audience and assist in designing the messaging and positioning of Memora to prospects and clients.
- Understand the corporate strategy and brand, and use this to inform positioning, targeting, messaging, and sales enablement resources.
- Lead sales enablement training on the value proposition of our products and develop the sales tools that support the selling process, such as presentation templates, case studies, videos, competitive briefs, FAQs, positioning guides, etc.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to solicit qualitative and quantitative feedback from buyers and users, and align our growth, renewal and retention activity with an informed understanding of market sentiment.
- Partner with Commercial Strategy to stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape in order to identify and amplify product differentiators in a rapidly developing market.
Qualifications (Required):
- 5+ years B2B product marketing experience in a healthcare/SaaS company
- 2+ years of experience working in a high-growth B2B healthtech startup
- Proven ability to coordinate and create consensus within cross-functional groups
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills that emphasize value storytelling for B2B audiences
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance shifting priorities within the context of higher level business goals and ambitious department goals
