Essential Duties:
The Infrared Test & Integration team located in Camarillo California is a highly talented team of scientists and engineers with diverse backgrounds in circuit design, advanced packaging and integration, novel signal processing and algorithm development, and integration & characterization of highly complex digital and mixed signal systems for Infrared Imagining applications. Patriciate as part of a project team in this environment performing activities that include detailed circuit design, analysis and validation of high-speed I/O, ADCs/DACs, FPGAs, power supplies, and other analog and digital circuits. Work directly and hands-on with custom FPGA boards and electronics. Technical duties require candidate to present details of work to colleagues during design reviews, create and manage work plans to meet or exceed schedule deadlines, and provide written and oral summaries of work performed as required.
Required Skills:
•Electrical Engineer with 6 plus years of electrical hardware design experience
•High speed PCB digital circuit design for SERDES CML, LVDS and DDR memory components
•Mixed signal PCB circuit design and analysis with emphasis on low-noise
•Xilinx FPGA circuit design and peripheral components such as ADCs/DACs/DDR
•Low voltage low noise power delivery design for FPGA, ADCs/DACs, and ASICs
•Signal integrity and power integrity design and analysis
•Schematic capture
•PCB design, signal routing/layer stackup
•Preparing design documentation, such as bill of material, manufacturing processes, test processes, and user manuals.
Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout. High Speed PCB design with respect to signal integrity methods for signals up to 10Gbps. Using signal and power domain network analysis tools to verify design performance. Familiarity with Xilinx FPGA evaluation platforms and VITA 57.1 interfaces. Familiar with programming languages such as Verilog, C, and Matlab. Understanding operation of test equipment, such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzer. Use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficiency in writing reports design presentations. Familiarity with AS9100
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics engineering, electronics computer engineering technology or a closely related discipline.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this full-time position is $104,000 - $174,000 + bonus + benefits.
