Your Mission This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team of Channel Sales Account Executives that will be aligned to a segment within our Emerging Enterprise team across the the ANZ region. You will be focused onselling UiPath solutions 100% through our partner ecosystem and have the opportunity to make a make a positive impact on the growth of the business and support our partner community on evangelizing UiPath’s brand in the marketplace. What you'll do at UiPath Assess the market potential within an assigned segment/territory and develop a channel sales strategy to maximize UiPath’s revenue potential Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule Evangelize UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions with a value selling approach through partners Support partners on educating customers how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally Engage with the Business Development Team to create sales plays that support building demand with and for our partners Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs Collaborate internally with other cross functional groups to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and best practices Explore ways of incorporating automation into daily work Build strategic relationships with distribution and partners in your geography to drive new business along with upsell/cross sell opportunities Assist partners with enablement on UiPath and the positioning of the platform Engage with Manage Services Providers to drive GTM within your assigned Territory. What you'll bring to the team 2-5 years solution/value selling experience through channel ecosystem 2+ years’ experience coordinating cross-functional resources Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy-to understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution Successful quota attainment YoY Proven success selling new business and new logo consistently High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence internally and externally Ability to provides valuable insights into how to improve the customers’ business operations Research and data driven approach to account planning; Proactively identify opportunities from business led discussions Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred Automation first mindset Capable of managing a large territory and scaling the business 100% through channel partners Demonstrated track record of success in channel strategic planning, owning sales targets, and managing sales forecasting Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
