Role: Enterprise Sales Executive (Thailand) UiPath is searching for a dynamic Enterprise Sales Executive to execute its sales & account strategy in Thailand for our Enterprise business segment. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive deals and account growth for some of our largest and most strategic customers in Thailand. The Enterprise Sales Executive is UiPath’s primary leader and sponsor for the customer, responsible for overall account growth and customer satisfaction by managing key relationships and ensuring the customer achieves value from UiPath’s solutions. You will play an integral role in ensuring product engagement and building strong working relationships through exceptional client service to help grow UiPath’s business. What you'll do at UiPath Assess the territory / market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize UiPath’s revenue potential in Thailand. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule. Evangelize UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling UiPath solutions with a value selling approach. Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally Identify new opportunities within the Enterprise client group, and engage meaningfully with C-Suite decision makers. Develop and maintain multi-year strategic account plans for key accounts to meet or exceed customer objectives and grow overall share of wallet. Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals. Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the key accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers, and create a seamless customer experience. Maintain a culture of sales excellence; drive consistent implementation and adoption of sales processes, pipeline management, keep track of success KPIs and sales performance. Develop network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners, thereby enhancing UiPath’s industry mindshare; while maintaining a high-level understanding of the industry and trends affecting or influencing our marketplace Create a monthly & quarterly business review cadence with key account sponsors to track progress on stated objectives, and successfully establish the key account as a positive reference account. Drive industry leading initiatives that influence the position of UiPath and solidifies our position as the market leader. What you'll bring to the team Currently based in & eligible to work in Singapore. Fluency in English and Thai language for business requirements 10 – 25 years of sales and account management experience in high-growth tech start-ups or large software companies, and extensive experience handling large enterprise clients in Thailand. Successful track record of consultative sales with C-level prospects in the tech space, and strong background in large account planning and expansion. Successful sales quota attainment YoY and experience in growing an enterprise client portfolio. Proven success in acquiring net new logos and new business sales. Good knowledge and understanding of the automation / digital transformation market. Proven track record of exceptional performance measured against revenue, customer satisfaction, other sales metrics. Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills, and strong stakeholder management skills to navigate across all levels of an organization. Ability to handle confidential / sensitive information and exercise exceptional judgement. Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holder is preferred.
