The Role
You will be directly responsible for configuring deployment plans on the VergeSense platform, training installers, and tracking installation progress. On top of being technical advisors and advocates for our customers, Implementation Specialists are also responsible for ensuring that our clients get day-to-day support that is needed if any issues or concerns arise throughout the process. You enjoy proactively finding ways to optimize processes and have experience managing projects. You will play a critical role in gathering feedback from the field and working with our Product Team to continuously improve our installation tools and processes.
