We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our FP&A team and build out the Corporate FP&A function at Ada. This role will be responsible for ensuring that Ada’s Leadership Team and Investors have clear visibility into the financial health of the business by owning our financial modeling and management reporting processes. You will manage our budgeting and forecasting cycles by partnering with the rest of the FP&A team to analyze past performance and provide financial projections and reporting packages to help drive long-term strategic decisions at the executive level.

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
    • You have 3+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A roles. Prior experience in the SaaS/Technology industry is preferred.
    • Experience with financial planning/ERP systems (such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful, NetSuite).
    • Strong communication skills - ability to translate large amounts of information into a clear and concise message.
    • Excellent modeling skills and can translate numerous data points into actionable and easy to understand insights for our business partners.
    • You have the ability to apply critical thinking and develop data-informed answers to complex business problems.
    • Executive Insight - Provide executive level reporting for the CEO and other executives to help understand how the business is trending and identify what is/isn’t working.
    • Financial Modeling - Full ownership of our financial model and forecasting process to help us understand how we are tracking against our financial targets and to quantify the impact of new strategic initiatives.
    • Investor Relations - Create reporting packages and presentation decks for our investors to provide visibility into key trends and future risks and opportunities.
    • Build and Scale - Implement new processes and software solutions for the corporate FP&A function in order to scale efficiently.
