About the FP&A Lead Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join our team as a Finance Lead supporting Consolidations. Working directly under the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal accounting and reporting processes, assisting with the preparation of elimination journal entries, and running and analyzing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, experience in consolidation processes, and a track record of producing accurate and insightful financial reporting.

This is a hybrid role that will ideally sit within the Greater Atlanta Area.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for working cross functionally to drive company wide forecasting and planning processes
  • Produce monthly financial and KPI reporting package for ELT on performance against plan, forecast, prior year and month-over-month
  • Support in creation of annual Plan along with maintaining financial model
  • Work across finance and operations teams during month close to consolidate business performance results and drivers
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis support head of FP&A, CFO, and ELT
  • Partner with businesses to understand key business drivers and KPIs that translate into financial results to provide enriched commentary on monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 4-6 years experience with 1-2 in a corporate consolidation role
  • Exposure to full P&L including reporting, forecasting, budgeting
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA a plus

Bonus Points:

  • Experience using FP&A tools, e.g. Essbase (Hyperion), Adaptive Insights, Anaplan
  • Familiarity with NetSuite
  • Modeling large datasets; using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Domo
  • Experience building in a dynamic public company or experience scaling in a start-up environment
