We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative FP&A Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform, Pigment. This unique role blends deep financial expertise with strong technical acumen, making it ideal for someone who thrives in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in transforming our financial forecasting capabilities, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

    • Platform Development and Maintenance:

    • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing development of our Pigment platform, ensuring it aligns with our evolving business needs and reporting requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and identify areas for improvement within the platform.
    • Design and build comprehensive financial models within Pigment to forecast revenue, expenses, and other key financial metrics.
    • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data inputs and outputs within the platform.
    • Architect and implement integration solutions between Pigment and other relevant systems.

    • Forecasting and Analysis:

    • Develop and refine forecasting methodologies to improve accuracy and provide actionable insights.
    • Build and refine variance analyses, scenario modeling and other reporting.
    • Utilize data visualization tools to present financial data in a clear and compelling manner.

    • Technical Leadership:

    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the FP&A team and other stakeholders.
    • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools that can enhance our FP&A capabilities.
    • Mentor and develop team members on technical aspects of financial modeling and analysis.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of the Pigment platform.

    • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Effectively communicate technical concepts and financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and assumptions for forecasting purposes.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful solution delivery.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.

    • Experience:5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a similar role.
    • Proven experience working with Pigment or other comparable financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan).
    • Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL or other data query languages, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling principles, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.Experience in architecting and implementing technology solutions.

    • Preferred Skills & Experience:

    • Familiarity with accounting principles and reporting standards.
    • Knowledge of software development methodologies.
    • Experience with cloud-based technologies.
