Your Responsibilities
Fulfil is hiring for an enthusiastic and energetic Fulfillment Associate interested in taking part in the modern industrial revolution! Fulfillment Associates will be responsible for carrying out a variety of warehouse-centric tasks to support industry-disrupting automated robotics systems. Responsibilities include inventory management and control, customer/partner support, and general facility upkeep. This role will facilitate an unparalleled customer experience and offers ample room for growth all while working side-by-side with an incredible team of diverse individuals.
What We’re Looking For
- Able to learn new skills quickly and excel in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Punctual and available onsite in Mountain View, CA for some combination of mornings (before 9am), nights, weekends, and holidays
- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work well on a team
- Self starting and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers
- Comfortable operating a pallet jack
- Not afraid of robots
- Able to lift 50 lbs
What we’d love to see
- Experience working with food
- Experience working with/on machinery and tools (especially any sort of robot or drone)
- Experience working with last mile delivery
- Experience with inventory management and/or fulfillment center operations
- Grocery experience: understands receiving or stocking procedures
- Experience with receiving processes
- Experience with customer care
- Experience with QA (Quality Assurance), bug testing, etc.
