The Global Accounts team at UiPath manage successful relationships with a strategic group of some of the largest companies across the word. The team work daily with CIO’s, CTO’s, CEO’s, CFO’s and other senior executive decision makers to deliver value and create a better working environment. As a Global Account Manager, you will partner with a small number of strategic global accounts and manage relationships at a regional level. You will be the trusted subject matter expert who will orchestrate internal and external stakeholders, cultivating a pipeline for both new and existing UiPath customers What you'll do at UiPath Work with our values at the core of everything you do: Humble, Bold, Immersed and Fast Identify new opportunities within our existing and prospective Global Strategic Accounts and engage meaningfully with C-level and Executive decision makers Act as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your assigned accounts Intimately understand your customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunities Understand our solution, and competitive solutions and be able to articulate and demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets and company goals Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, remove and report blockers and create a seamless and consistent customer experience Develop a network of strong relationships with key industry influencers, customers and partners thereby enhancing UiPath’s industry mindshare; maintain a high-level understanding of the industry and trends affecting or influencing the marketplace What you'll bring to the team Alignment with core values of UiPath A demonstrable track record of success within Enterprise Software sales A track record of Global/Strategic Accounts growth Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts in simple and succinct way, that creates a high level of desire for the solution Proven, successful quota attainment YoY High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence, navigating cultural differences and regulatory requirements Strong ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership Research and data driven approach to account planning Combination of Enterprise and Start Up Experience preferred Legal Disclosure At UiPath, we value a range of diverse backgrounds experiences and ideas.
