Your Mission While the mission statement of the CXE team is to empower our customers, partners, community, and employees to maximise the value of automation, the Content Positioning team also aims to align valuable messaging and content toward our customer lifecycle to drive results. This is done by focusing on the value that automation brings customers and by ensuring it is clearly communicated through to customers via the assets the GTM teams use. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring great positioning and messaging proliferates through our internal GTM assets. What you'll do at UiPath Make sure we talk less about the "how" and "what" and more about the "why" in combination with storytelling Help build a framework, with processes and engagement models so we can reach alignment across all the different domains to create a consistent and cohesive message for our customers Collaborate with different teams to coordinate the creation and subsequent updating of assets, giving guidance on creating proper sales plays playbooks, training content, white papers, and customer presentations on what you need and when you need it Verify messaging in enablement aligns with GTM Strategy of value-driven & Persona driven content goals Help communicate Voice of the Field insights back to Product and Marketing teams Work with Sales and SME teams (Industry / Department / Product) to build out and maintain sales plays Expose and align solution accelerators in sales plays Help build story telling scripts for demo creation teams What you'll bring to the team Very strong understanding of the entire UiPath platform (2+ years of experience) Be comfortable presenting messaging and positioning to senior management Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire the operationalization of business strategies Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships #LI-LC1 Pay Transparency The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $128,000 and $176,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
