Scale is at the forefront of enabling Machine Learning across multiple industries. As a Product Manager on the Growth team, you'll be designing and building new solutions, tools, and processes to solve new problems that arise as we grow.
You will help expand our labeling marketplace in new geographies and skill sets. This will involve testing new growth funnels, designing new features to optimize user engagement and retention, and owning the growth strategy and execution for marketplace expansion. The role combines product management, operations, and marketing.
You will:
- Identify and implement ways to optimize growth funnels
- Strategize and implement large-scale policies for marketplace pricing
- Find creative and cost-efficient channels to grow our labeling marketplace
- Generate hypotheses and use quantitative experimentation to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Design, and Analytics teams
Ideally you’d have:
- Quantitative background with strong analytical and problem solving mindset to solving business problems
- Flexibility to go back and forth between thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to get work done
- Strong software engineering background (a degree in computer science or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of work experience
The base salary range for this full-time position in our hub locations of San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, is $140,800-$176,000. Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Scale employees are also granted Stock Options that are awarded upon board of director approval.
