The Manager of GTM Systems will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of our Salesforce instance, as well as continuously improving the platform to enable our growth. This role will be expected to have a broad understanding of Salesforce automation capabilities, change management, user management, data models, and most importantly, provide the best experience for our internal customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Salesforce, committed to continuous improvement, and a very analytical and creative problem solver with a relentless bias for action. This position will report to the VP of Revenue Operations.

    • Administer and support primary GTM applications (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach)
    • Manage additional integrations with our Salesforce instance including, but not limited to Gong, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Prospect, and Zoominfo
    • Own Salesforce user setup and design/configuration of Custom Objects, Profiles and Roles, Flows/Workflow/Process Builder, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts
    • Own systems roadmap for the GTM organization
    • Build and maintain solid relationships with business stakeholders; gathering and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, and cross-functional needs
    • Ensure best in class Data Hygiene through governance, deduping, report and dashboard development, process documentation, and data cleanup
    • Own systems release methodology across sprint planning, UAT, backlog management and triage
    • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
    • Assist in the documentation and training of new users to maximize adoption of tech stack
    • 5 years of experience implementing, configuring and managing Salesforce (and related tools) ; preferably in a GTM systems environment
    • Experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations a plus
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator
    • Self-motivated with a track record of continuous learning
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the desire to improve processes and actively drive opportunities to resolution without supervision
    • The ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively under pressure
    • Project coordination and change management skills with a consistent track record of leading numerous (and simultaneous) projects to successful completion
    • Comfortable in a fast paced dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company
    • Demonstrable ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners
    • Familiarity with LeanData, Outreach, Marketo,
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira beneficial
    • Business Analysis Experience (ability to partner cross functionally and define business requirements and UAT)
    • Experience of APEX coding and CPQ Specialist certification are nice to haves
