About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations. As the Head of Operations, you will play a critical role in being a thought partner to the CEO and the senior leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be a strategic partnership with senior leadership on company operations, people function, finance, and legal operations.

    • Partner with leadership on OKR planning, leadership meetings, and boarding reporting. Work closely with leadership on execution on company's strategic initiatives. Development and implementation of plans and policies.
    • Oversee People function to ensure the team's success.
    • Finance partner with the CFO to prepare and manage the annual budgets for departments.
    • Manage and track all legal matters.
    • Advise on policies and practices to ensure the highest levels of compliance, data protection.
    • Minimum 12 years of experience
    • Early start-up experience
    • Strong understanding of operational processes, project management
    • Experience managing people operations processes
    • HR/Compliance background
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
