We are seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to lead and oversee HR initiatives and projects within our organization. The HR Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating HR programs, policies, and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the overall business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, program/project management, and change management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.  This role will be reporting to the Sr. People Operations Manager.

    • Develop, implement, and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organization’s overall HR strategy and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and other departments, to identify HR program needs and objectives, and develop plans to meet them.
    • Create and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources for HR initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, and use data and analytics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.  Be the go-to person for all data reporting and analytics needs for the HR team members.
    • Lead and facilitate change management efforts related to HR programs, including communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR team members and other stakeholders on HR program management, and proactively recommend and implement improvements to current processes and procedures.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, legal/regulatory changes, and best practices in HR program management, and recommend and implement improvements to current processes and procedures.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to HR team members, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR program management
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Experience with working independently in a high-growth global workforce and ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, set priorities, and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture
    • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, CultureAmp, Lattice, Google Suites is a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
