Your Mission UiPath is seeking an Immigration Specialist to join its in-house immigration program. This position will report to Global Mobility and Immigration Manager and will involve high-volume project management of employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications handled by external counsel. This position is also responsible for compiling, updating, and tracking various immigration data and statuses. The position will also be responsible for occasional drafting and self-management of non-immigrant visa matters. To be successful, you will bring a deeply analytical and process-oriented mindset and have Immigration experience preferably in an in-house immigration program. This position requires attention to details, good organizational and communication skills. What you'll do at UiPath Serve as the specialist driving nonimmigrant and immigrant cases with external counsel. Maintain a close relationship with recruiting and HR regarding nonimmigrant and immigrant cases, request case-related information as needed, and keep stakeholders apprised of case updates. Oversee the management of visa/work permits globally for employees. Assist in analyzing case documents and preparing immigration applications for attorney review and filing with the appropriate government agency. Process more straightforward and routine corporate immigration cases, including but not limited to adjustment of status, advance parole, work authorization renewals and Public Access Files. Basic administrative support tasks including check requests, invoice processing, etc. Assist with RFE requests and immigration inspection site visits. Oversee U.S. green card process for UiPath employees. Support the Global Mobility Program Manager with various day-to-day tasks. Responsible for sharing immigration updates with relevant stakeholders. Manage various immigration-related projects from planning to execution and completion. Regularly provide instruction and information to UiPath employees regarding immigration practices and procedures. Assist with issues resolution pertaining to employees’ immigration statuses. Ensure employee and employer compliance with UiPath’s immigration policy. Evaluate issues for escalation as needed. Prepare monthly status expiration reports and update immigration tracking system. What you'll bring to the team Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability. Two year of employment immigration experience preferred. Knowledge of immigration law, experience with employment-based nonimmigrant petitions, including H, L-1, TN, and E-3 visas is a plus. Stakeholder management, negotiating and influencing to achieve roles’ objectives. Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication. Ability to take complicated information and craft into a consumable format. Significant functional experience with cloud-based HR tools; Workday experience is a plus. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must. Self-driven with good organizational skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Pay Transparency The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $82,500 and $123,750. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
