Your Mission This role is within the Industry Practice at UiPath which is envisaged to help our clients adopt and scale Intelligent Automation across the enterprise while maintaining the global go to market strategy. You should have a deep understanding of the Healthcare Life Sciences domain with process experience in pharmaceutical and device manufacturing. The role will make a significant contribution to Increasing revenue within the Life Sciences vertical globally. What you'll do at UiPath Develop GTM strategy for UiPath and act as a key business partner to Sales Leaders for the Life Sciences vertical globally Act as the Process Expert for the Life Sciences domain and help to develop opportunities within strategic accounts Act as strategy and process lead for Intelligent Automation Programs for our Life Science and Health markets Build and own the GTM approach including point of view on marketing, events, partner relationships, technology alliance solutions and competitive approaches Collaborate with UiPath sales, product and customer success teams for value-based selling and help build re-useable assets and artifacts that can be used across automation programs from selling and delivery perspective Lead thought leadership through whitepapers, points of views, proof of concepts, demos and industry best practices Explore new technical and business tools, especially UiPath’s technology partners as part of solution design for our Life Science clients What you'll bring to the team 10+ years of relevant work experience with experience of sales life cycles, advisory consulting or internal transformation leadership roles Drive GTM activities in partnership with sales and account teams History of building C-Level credibility within the Life Sciences domain Strong thought leadership background and the ability to conceptualize and drive new solution/product offerings and take them to market Understanding of the regional nuances of the Life Sciences industry Business delivery or operational consulting leadership experience (Prefer top 5 Global Life Science Organizations) Functional experience in one or more of the areas: Process Optimization, Re-Engineering, Informatics, pharmacovigilance, supply chain, GXP/compliance/regulatory, clinical research and trials, finance, patient care management/contact centers Experience with following Competencies: Functional Architecture, Automation Strategy, Digital Transformation Exposure to digital fabric beyond ERPs that includes systems relevant to the Clinical and R&D side e.g. cTMS, eTMFs, EDCs, PLMs, CRMs, and LMS M.B.A./equivalent advanced degree or referenceable experience Ability to travel 3-4 days a week to customers Should be able to engage with CXOs and RPA COE heads to convince on solutions and product offerings, drive strategy/transformation work, and manage implementation programs.
