Inventory Specialist

Hayden AI is looking for a hands-on Inventory Specialist responsible for ensuring the flow of goods in and out of all global locations. You will maintain inventory transactions across all factories, warehouses, stockrooms, and point-of-use areas. The successful candidate will interface directly with our Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply chain, and Finance departments to organize inventory across all locations in an efficient and timely manner.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Manage deliveries across all locations (inbound and outbound); including inventory transfers of raw material, Production, Sales Samples, etc.
  • Responsible for inventory transactions in NetSuite (inbound, outbound, transfers) across all locations (i.e., support to both Oakland and New Jersey).
  • Performs monthly inventory audit to ensure inventory accuracy, responsible for inventory data across all locations. Evaluate transactions to resolve count discrepancies.
  • Partner on creating West Coast installation center that supports customer inventory requirements.
  • Supports Engineering R&D procurement.
  • Assist in support tasks, projects, and initiatives to keep inventory locations secured, organized, and supplied.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary of Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous experience in supply chain inventory management experience.
  • Advanced Excel spreadsheet and data management skills, including with Microsoft Office and cloud-based equivalents (i.e., NetSuite or similar ERP system).
  • Previous experience in continuous improvement and project management.
  • Capability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities while exercising good business judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); preferably Google Suites.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment and cross-train across different warehouse functions.
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
  • Requires on-site in the Oakland, CA office.

Target Salary Range:

  • $80,000 - $110,000
