Summary:

The Operation Innovation team comprises two areas: Procurement and IT Innovation.  This role will provide daily administrative support various functions required for the continued success of the team.

Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support to IT/Strategy Team

  • Compile weekly IT project status reports.
  • Submit and track purchase orders for the IT Team
  • Execute and manage third party vendor contracts
  • Monitor office budget and expenses, submit forecast for office events
  • Construct and submit monthly financial and activity reports while communicating and coordinating with internal IT and finance team
  • IT/Strategy document creation and control
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • College degree required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies in IT related domain

Skills:

  • Both fluency in English and Korean are required
  • General understanding of Information Technology, for instance Network/Software/Cloud/SaaS/IT Operation
  • Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required
  • Administrative support within a fast-pace corporate environment, managing tasks and supporting IT operations
  • Excellent communication and professional presence to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
  • Ability to multi-task with punctuality and consistency required
  • Strong customer service orientation, problem solving skills
  • Strong written/verbal communications skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Integrity and sound judgement in handling confidential information
  • Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Preferred working experience in IT operation
  • Working experience with Finance team is plus
  • Attention to detail

The base pay range for roles at this level is $81,800-$112,450, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training.
