Title: IT Lab Administrative Assistant

Summary:
The Operation Innovation team comprises two areas: Procurement and IT Innovation. This role will provide daily administrative support various functions required for the continued success of the team.
Responsibilities: Provide daily administrative support to IT/Strategy Team
- Compile weekly IT project status reports.
- Submit and track purchase orders for the IT Team
- Execute and manage third party vendor contracts
- Monitor office budget and expenses, submit forecast for office events
- Construct and submit monthly financial and activity reports while communicating and coordinating with internal IT and finance team
- IT/Strategy document creation and control
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Education/Experience:
- College degree required
- 3+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies in IT related domain
Skills:
- Both fluency in English and Korean are required
- General understanding of Information Technology, for instance Network/Software/Cloud/SaaS/IT Operation
- Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required
- Administrative support within a fast-pace corporate environment, managing tasks and supporting IT operations
- Excellent communication and professional presence to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
- Ability to multi-task with punctuality and consistency required
- Strong customer service orientation, problem solving skills
- Strong written/verbal communications skills
- Attention to detail
- Integrity and sound judgement in handling confidential information
- Solid time management skills when faced with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Preferred working experience in IT operation
- Working experience with Finance team is plus

The base pay range for roles at this level is $81,800-$112,450, but may be higher or lower in other states due to geographic differentials in the labor market. Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training.
