Salary Range: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $100,000 - $150,000 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.

    • Ensure the high-availability, security, and responsiveness of the network infrastructure for a rapidly growing autonomous driving company
    • Manage and maintain CISCO meraki , PAN ,other switch oversea
    • Architect and project manage new infrastructure projects, changes and upgrades
    • Identify, repair and recover from hardware/software/system failures
    • Coordinate and communicate with leadership on proposed or implemented
    • Maintain and audit IT and production infrastructure network and security design
    • Recommend, evaluate, and execute modifications to system environments in order to improve efficiency, security, reliability, availability, and performance
    • Plan and coordinate the implementation of system upgrades, maintenance fixes.
    • Vulnerability assessment, scanning, and ethical penetration testing experience
    • Solid understanding of TCP network and related protocols. DNS, DHCP, SSH, NFS.
    • Have basic concept for VMware and Docker
    • Strong experience with secure network practices, techniques, and systems across the entire stack from layers 1-7 of the OSI model
    • 4 years equivalent work experience in a position responsible for managing enterprise network infrastructure for a large scale, multisite, or multinational corporation
    • Extensive design, implementation, and operational experience with multiple firewall, WIFI APs, routers, switches, proxy servers, application monitoring, remote access systems, and management platforms
    • Experience with enterprise network, wireless, and system monitoring, troubleshooting, and management tools. SDWAN experience
    • Operational experience using certificates, MFA, and RADIUS/TACACS+ authentication systems.
    • Expert level understanding of network level security protocols such as IP/Sec (ESP & AH), TLS, SSL-VPN, GRE/IP, IKEv1 & IKEv2, ISAKMP, Diffie-Hellman, AES, and Symetric/Asymetric encryption methods
    • Experience with incident management, change control processes, data loss prevention, operational security and standards compliance
    • Experience in administration of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Aliyun, etc)
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities and adjust based on business demands and changes
    • Good written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills
    • Can understand mandarin Chinese speaker
    • Team player with can-do attitude, be good mentor for junior members of the teamMinimum 5 years Systems/Infrastructure, or related engineering experience
