The Team:

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate on design projects and code reviews with colleagues
  • Write scripts, macros and programs to automate routine analyses and actions
  • Working closely with data scientists and collaborating with back-end, front-end engineers to build products and associated datasets for Aisera’s AI driven product needs.
  • Create product documentation for end users and internal users.
  • Research, create and maintain accurate documentation for each release of the product.
  • Make usability improvements in current documentation .
  • Continuously work on incorporating feedback from customers and internal users

What You'll Need:

  • Experienced in writing technical documentation in English
  • Able to translate product concepts to content that should serve multiple set of users with varied technical understanding
  • Able to navigate technical concepts through demos, internal documents etc and translate that to user facing content
  • Able to work with source control systems and maintain content versions
  • Able to work with geographically distributed teams
  • Able to work in and be productive quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experienced in IT service management software (ITSM) and SaaS preferable
