As a Senior Individual Contributor you’ll elevate our tech by collaborating with a bright and effective team, while using your potential and talent to work across the stack. You'll design, code, test and deploy new features, using the latest HTML5, CSS, and JS techniques, as well as a diverse set of backend technologies for the fleet of microservices spanning our system. You’ll be part of a distributed cross-functional team building a large, complex, real-time product with an emphasis on scalability and performance.

- The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is $130,000 - 150,000.
If you are a NYC applicant:
- The estimated pay range for this role, based in NYC, is  $150,000 - $170,000.
The actual salary may be different depending upon non-discriminatory factors such as qualifications, experience, and other factors permitted by law.     • Push the boundaries of AI and CX performance
    • Incrementally develop new features, improvements, and fixes to our backend services focusing on code performance, efficiency and quality
    • Create user interfaces that can handle both simple and complex interactions, including trees, graphs and flowcharts
    • Contribute to addressing our scaling needs and architecting maintainable systems
    • Be part of the team’s on-call rotations
    • Collaborate to take our development to the next level: bring new ideas, frameworks, technologies and best practices
    • At least 5+ years of Full Stack software development experience
    • Core programming proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or NodeJS
    • Advanced JavaScript knowledge and experience working with React
    • In-depth knowledge of modern HTML, CSS and the DOM
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
    • A proactive self-starter, curious, energetic team player
    • Experience mentoring more junior developers or an interest in mentoring
    • Experience with microservices, Kubernetes and or Scalable Distributed Applications
    • Experience with React and React Hooks, Typescript, NodeJS, or similar tool
