Hyperscience is looking for an energetic and experienced Counsel to join our legal team and support our ambitious corporate and commercial growth plans for our business. Counsel will report directly to our VP of Legal be involved in all aspects of delivering legal services to the company. They will also work collaboratively with members of the sales, operations, marketing, corporate development, and finance teams to understand and ensure consistency of agreement terms with the company’s business, financial and risk
management objectives.
Compensation
The target base compensation range for this role: $160,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, geographical location, and our business needs and objectives. Our overall compensation packages include base salary, equity and the benefits and perks listed below.
