Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Lead Lifecycle Manager will own the lead nurture strategy for Ada - making sure our prospects receive a personalized nurture journey, always aiming for the next best action. To do this, you’ll own the end-to-end process for how a lead flows through Hubspot - from entry point via a list or form, through scoring and categorization workflows, to nurture sequences and engagement with integrated campaigns, to finally hand off to sales and move into pipeline. You’ll work collaboratively with the Campaigns, Web and Paid Media teams to nurture contacts through the decision making process in a personalized way. You are a great fit if you thrive on analytics and KPIs, have a deep experimentation and testing mindset and are able to work closely with the rest of the marketing team to help our overall marketing strategy come to life.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
    • 3-5 years experience in a similar role in Enterprise B2B SAAS
    • Experience with Hubspot and SFDC a must
    • Experience leveraging 6sense segmentation within CRM strategy
    • Experience executing email deployments and creating automated nurture flows within Hubspot
    • Experimentation mindset with a proven track record of performing A/B tests, and translating data into insights
    • Familiar with the database & communications business and contact rules in compliance with current regulations, CASL and other
    • Nurture more ICP leads into demo requests and ultimately pipeline.
    • Lead the strategy for automated workflows, integrating with the wider Marketing team strategies and Major Moments Calendar and leveraging 6sense segmentation
    • Execute email deployments to support Ada Insider and Campaigns/Events teams
    • Manage lead form and list upload/maintenance/optimization
    • Own Hubspot and SFDC integration - proactively engaging the GTM Ops team for technical support as needed
    • Own the lead scoring and categorization workflows in Hubspot. Work alongside the Director of Demand Generation and GTM Ops team to be a key contributor in taking our Lead Scoring, Lifecycle Stages and Attribution Models to the next level.
